As a practitioner, Asia values holistic healing, and am passionate about working with families, and individuals. Enjoy seeing how the restorative power of healing, in conjunction with evidence-based theories, can have a transformational impact in the lives of people. She has worked with families/ individuals struggling with strained family relationships, intergenerational trauma and challenges. As well as, individuals battling with depression, trauma, addictions and anxiety. During her journey she obtained a wealth of knowledge and understanding with trauma, mood disorders, ADHD, relationship stressors, grief and loss, and survivors of abuse/ domestic violence. Asia considers herself spiritual, compassionate and ready to work on therapeutic goals.

Asia is experienced with CBT, trauma treatment, breath work, Mindfulness, and, trauma treatment. She has obtained a Masters of Social Work Degree from Westfield State and has years of experience supporting school aged youth, young adults and adults working on their therapeutic goals. Asia is now accepting new clients during after school hours, evenings, and weekend appointments.
