This group is for adults (20+) with ADHD or AuDHD to meet in a safe, accepting space and discuss the challenges of living with ADHD

Fat Liberation Support Group
This group is for adults (18+) looking for a space that prioritizes intersectional fat acceptance and liberation

Building Political Resiliency: A Relational Processing Group
Participants will consider the impact of widefelt societal stressors on our individual and collective mental health and functioning

DBT Skills Group for Young Adults
This DBT skills group is a three-part program in which participants will learn sets of skills to help them manage difficulties in their lives

This process group will support members of all adult ages in understanding how their thoughts and feelings about processes of aging impact their relationships with others

A group of people talk about their feelings and thoughts with peers who help them understand why they feel a certain way
