Deirdre has over 10 years of experience working in mental health, with a clinical background in community mental health, first episode psychosis, and crisis stabilization.  She is a relational, client-centered therapist who works with adults navigating life transitions, posttraumatic stress, and mood disorders.

Deirdre's approach is trauma-attuned and culturally sensitive, with an emphasis on creating a collaborative and compassionate therapeutic relationship. She is EMDR-trained and often incorporates experiential approaches, including IFS-informed parts work and somatic interventions.

She holds a BA from Mount Holyoke College, graduating as a Frances Perkins Scholar, and an MSW from Westfield State University, where she participated as an Interdisciplinary Behavioral Health Collaborative (IBHC) Fellow.
