Duarji has nineteen years of experience supporting children and families. She has experience in early intervention and is a certified Early intervention Specialist by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health. She has worked with teachers of the blind and hearing impaired for Perkins School for the Blind and Clarke School for the Deaf/Hard of Hearing.

She has worked as a school-based clinician in elementary and middle schools. In addition, she has worked in a local family resource center, outpatient clinic, and held a five- college position. She has held a position as adjunct staff at Smith College School of Social Work.

She works with people of all ages but has an affinity for children and early adults. She is Trauma-focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, ARC (Attachment, Regulation, and Competency), and Rape Crisis trained. She enjoys supervising MSW interns. She is trauma-informed and bilingual (English/Spanish). Duarji earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology (B.A.) from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst and earned her master’s degree of Social Work (MSW) from Westfield State University School for Social Work.
