Therapy can be many things and so E takes a collaborative, open approach to their work. At its heart, therapy is a relationship, unique to each individual. You, as the client, are the expert in yourself and your experience; E is there to support you in better seeing and understanding yourself. E makes space for the ways in which systems of oppression, including the psychiatric and medical systems, have caused harm and impacted our mental and emotional well-being. E has a profound appreciation and respect for the courage it takes to begin therapy.

E is a psychotherapist that works with adults both individually and in group therapy. They incorporate multiple psychodynamic schools of thought and skill building from different modalities, with an emphasis on relational, attachment, and inter-subjective theories. E specializes in working with folks who have experienced or caused interpersonal trauma, issues related to sense of self, and issues related to attachment and intimacy. E is knowledgeable and open to non-normative identities and families, including non-monogamy and chosen family. E has experience working with people of all gender identities and supporting them in obtaining gender-affirming medical care as needed. E specializes in providing and supporting other therapists in providing group therapy and believes strongly that healing is best done in connection with others.

E holds a B.A. in Psychology from Clark University and obtained their Masters of Social Work (MSW) from the Smith College School for Social Work. E has completed post-graduate fellowships in psychoanalysis and intersubjective psychotherapy.
