Fiona is a psychotherapist with experience working with adolescents and adults, including clients seeking help managing life changes, improving relationships, exploring identity, and coping with symptoms of anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns. Fiona practices from an Integrative Relational Psychotherapeutic approach, drawing on techniques from Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral, and Psychoanalytic therapies.

After graduating with a B.A. in Psychology from the College of Wooster, Fiona completed her graduate training at Westfield State University, where she obtained her Master of Social Work (MSW). She comes to APP with previous clinical experience in community mental health, residential in-patient, and college counseling settings.

Fiona specializes in working with those who are part of the LGBTQIA+ community, and enjoys helping clients to explore and better understand themselves, their intersecting identities, and how they show up in their relationships. Her goal in therapy is to work collaboratively to create an authentic, comfortable, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to address the root causes of their challenges and to develop strategies to improve their mental health.
