Francesca is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) who works with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, OCD, life transitions, and other mental health concerns. She is especially passionate about supporting high school and college-aged individuals as they navigate identity development, relationships, increasing independence, and the challenges that come with emerging adulthood. She also enjoys working with older adults and helping clients address the unique changes and experiences that arise throughout different stages of life.

Francesca takes a collaborative, client-centered approach to therapy and believes that meaningful growth begins with a strong therapeutic relationship. She strives to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable exploring their experiences, building self-awareness, and working toward their personal goals.

Drawing from evidence-based practices, Francesca incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) into her work while tailoring treatment to each client's individual needs and strengths. She works alongside clients to develop practical coping skills, gain insight into patterns that may be impacting their well-being, and build confidence in navigating life's challenges.

Francesca earned her Master's degree in Clinical Counseling Psychology from Assumption University in Worcester, Massachusetts, in 2022. She brings experience from outpatient community mental health, where she provided therapy to individuals from a wide range of backgrounds and life experiences. This work strengthened her commitment to meeting clients where they are and supporting them with compassion, authenticity, and respect.
