Harold holds a master’s degree in clinical social work from the Pontifical University of Puerto Rico and is a Licensed Certified Social Worker in Massachusetts. He is fluent in both Spanish and English.
Harold has experience supporting individuals in managing a wide range of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, ADHD, and adjustment disorders. He has also worked with families, children, service members, college students, and people from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
He uses evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Gestalt Therapy. In addition, Harold incorporates holistic practices into his work to help individuals strengthen the mind-body connection. These include mindfulness, meditation, grounding techniques, and spiritual exploration to support clients in achieving their therapeutic goals and increasing self-awareness.
Harold’s passion lies in helping individuals improve their relationship with themselves, find meaning in life, understand the human mind, and build healthier interpersonal relationships. He is committed to creating a respectful and supportive therapeutic environment where clients feel safe discussing their emotions and life challenges.
Outside of work, Harold enjoys connecting with nature, hiking, cycling, traveling, and reading.
