Supporting Healthy Relationships, Sexuality, & Intimacy
Sex, intimacy, and relationships are core to our well-being—but they can also be difficult to navigate. At the Relationship & Sex Therapy Institute (RSTI), we provide specialized support for individuals, couples, and other relationship constellations across a wide spectrum of identities and experiences. Our therapists bring expertise in evidence-based approaches and a commitment to affirming care that recognizes the richness of human diversity.

Common areas of focus:
Strengthening intimacy and connection
Conflict resolution and communication
Navigating non-monogamy and polyamory
Healing from relationship trauma
Affirming gender transitions within relationships
Sex Therapy
Sex therapy is a specialized form of psychotherapy focused on sexual well-being, desire, and function. It may include individual, couples, or multi-partner sessions.
Common areas of focus:
Desire discrepancies and mismatched libidos
Sexual functioning challenges (desire, arousal, orgasm, pain)
Out-of-control sexual behavior
Sexual exploration, kink, and BDSM
Healing from sexual shame and trauma
Navigating the impact of gender and sexual orientation on intimacy
Important Note: Sex therapy never involves physical contact with the therapist. Therapists may recommend activities to try at home, but clients do not engage in sexual activity during sessions.
