Hunter approaches therapy primarily through a strengths based perspective, but pulls on multiple lenses to support his clients. He comes to the therapeutic space with curiosity and an eagerness to support folks across all ages.  Hunter enjoys collaborating with his clients to develop skills to better cope with the many stressors in the world. He is passionate about helping individuals through transitional periods in their lives and seeks to understand how the broader environment has shaped each individual’s life. 

Hunter has a BA in History from the University of Central Florida and an MSW from Springfield College. He assisted families in obtaining housing during his first year internship. For Hunter’s second year internship, he provided individual and group therapeutic services to students at a college counseling center. He has experience providing in-home therapy to children and families, supporting youth aging out of foster care develop independent living skills, and crisis response work.
