Julian (he/they) is a trans & queer clinician who believes that everyone has the power to build a life worth living. Julian has experience working with clients across the lifespan in outpatient, community mental health, school-based, and partial hospitalization settings. Julian received a B.S in Pre-Physician Assistant Studies from Springfield College and an MSW from Smith College.

Julian co-creates spaces with clients to navigate the complexities of living in today’s world. Julian particularly enjoys working with children and adolescents, believes that children and adolescents often feel misunderstood, and takes pride in helping them explore identity development and develop autonomy and initiative.

Julian has experience working with clients on themes of gender, sexuality, trauma, life transitions, and personal relationships, as well as navigating depression, anxiety, and self-compassion. He draws on psychodynamic, queer, feminist, and relational theories, and incorporates evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, and play and art-based therapies. Using humor, curiosity, and radical acceptance, Julian approaches every client as the expert of their own lives, and embarks on a journey alongside them.
