Katelyn views therapy as a collaborative, and non-judgmental process that leads to healing and personal growth. She utilizes a person centered approach that involves meeting each unique individual where they are to identify goals, examine perspectives, develop tools to manage distress, and facilitate change. Katelyn draws from a diverse tool kit of evidenced based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. She believes one of the bravest things we can do is to begin to understand our own story, and feels humbled to be a part of this process.

Katelyn has over eight years of experience working with individuals living with a range of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, mood disorders, and co-existing medical concerns. She also works with individuals helping them address relationship concerns, stressors, and life transitions. Katelyn brings experience from working in varying levels of care with individuals and groups. Katelyn holds her Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) from Westfield State University, and Masters of Social Work (MSW) from Springfield College School of Social Work.
