As manager of APP’s Southwick team, Kelly manages a partnership with Jordan Healthcare Center to provide integrated services. Kelly draws from her experience in community mental health and as an Interdisciplinary Behavioral Health Collaboration (IBHC) fellow at Westfield State University, where she helped develop integrative services for folks with struggles including acute mental health challenges, substance use and housing insecurity. Kelly focuses on the strength, dignity and self-worth of each individual. Her core values encompass collaboration, trust and compassion. She prioritizes client needs and fosters safe places for clients to share their stories.

As a therapist, Kelly works with a holistic, relational approach while integrating trauma-informed, psychodynamic, and attachment models for understanding each person as unique and whole. Working with survivors of trauma, and individuals suffering with reproductive challenges, including Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), are some Kelly’s greatest passions. Kelly also uses a variety of techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness practices, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused therapy. Viewing each person as a whole being is an essential first step in providing care, and working toward greater awareness, health, and balance.
