Kevin is a psychotherapist who has been providing services in the Pioneer Valley since 2014. He has worked in residential programs, in-home therapy, community mental health, schools, and outpatient settings. He considers himself a creative and compassionate individual whose clinical work is rooted in balancing psychodynamic principles with contemplative practices. He finds his work most effective when he is able to walk alongside people as they learn about their emotional and psychological experiences, and support them as they develop skills in navigating life’s challenges.

Kevin’s treatment approach focuses on the mind-body connection, and when appropriate, he integrates skills that include mindfulness, breathing exercises, and other evidence-based treatment modalities.  He believes such skills are at the core of wellness and healing, whether that be from anxiety, depression, trauma, or just about any other constellation of symptoms one might experience.  His aim is to support individuals on how to understand their thoughts and emotions, regulate them, and connect positively with others.

Kevin earned a BA in English from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and a Master’s of Social Work (MSW) from Smith College.
