Kiamesha is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Massachusetts and maintains her licensure in New York. She earned her BA in Human Services from Mount Saint Mary College and MSW from Fordham University. Kiamesha has completed advanced training in the trauma-informed modalities TF-CBT and Trauma Systems Therapy (TST) for adolescents and families. Additionally, she continues ongoing trainings to maintain certification as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional for the emerging adult and adult populations. Kiamesha also employs an integrative and creative style with clients using Humanistic, Solution-Focused, and strength-based practices.

Kiamesha has integrated this combination of education and experience working with youth, adult, geriatric, LGBTQIA+, BIPOC and palliative care populations to provide a multi-lens practice. Her approach to supporting and empowering clients, wherever they may be on this journey called life, is to identify and highlight their strengths to build resiliency and create the chosen version of themselves. Kiamesha works alongside her clients to foster genuine connection and trust to understand behaviors, thoughts and feelings while navigating their story safely and respectfully. Clients can increase their knowledge of the “how” and “why” to move towards self-acceptance and validation while simultaneously gaining the tools to feel mental, emotional, and physical calmness.
