Lucy is a mental health clinician with extensive experience supporting victims of crime, trauma, and abuse. Her professional expertise encompasses the complexities of victimization, with a focus on delivering evidence-based assistance to those in need. Recognized as an expert on domestic violence, abusive behaviors, and battered women’s syndrome, Lucy demonstrates a strong commitment to aiding individuals affected by depression, anxiety, trauma, substance abuse, and domestic violence through her compassionate and empathetic approach.
Fluent in Spanish and raised in a bilingual and bicultural environment, Lucy brings valuable cultural competency to the practice.
Lucy retired from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts following a distinguished 25-year career in public service. She served for eight years on the Massachusetts Parole Board, contributing her knowledge to both parole proceedings and policy development. Previously, she dedicated 17 years as a Victim/Witness Advocate with the Hampden County District Attorney's Office, where she provided critical support and advocacy for individuals impacted by crime.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies from Bay Path University and Master of Science in Forensic Psychology from American International College.
