 Lucy Soto-Abbe retired from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts after 25 years of service. She served as a member of the Massachusetts Parole Board for 8 years and spent 17 years as a Victim/Witness Advocate for the Hampden County District Attorney's Office. She has experience working with victims of crime, trauma, abuse and victimization. In addition, she has extensive experience advocating for domestic violence victims in court and post conviction settings. 

Lucy received an Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies and a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies both from Bay Path University. She went on to receive a Master of Science in Forensic Psychology from American International College. Lucy provides administrative support to the APP staff. She volunteers as a mentor for Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Hampden County and is a member of the Ladies Oriental Shrine of North America.
