Misha Mehrel is a psychotherapist with an MSW from Smith College and a BFA from New York University. He combines academic rigor with real-world experience from working at Therapeutic Health Services, a community health center in Seattle, WA, and then for three years at the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office, in Greenfield, MA, where he ran a variety of therapy groups along with individual therapy for men and women in and out of jail. His background and experience using psychodynamic and mindfulness based therapies in high-stress environments has equipped him with an ability to connect with a diverse array of people even when they arrive to the work with thick emotional armor. Misha will work with you to help make the tough work of therapy a bit more manageable.
