Nat is a clinical social worker who received a BS in exercise science from Ithaca College and a masters in social work from Springfield College. He has experience working with kids, adolescents, and adults across the lifespan. Nat practices using psychodynamic, trauma informed, relational, and attachment-based approaches. Nat also has training in using the internal family systems modality. He has experience working with the queer, trans, and gender diverse community, neurodivergence, learning disabilities, developmental disabilities, and folks who are adopted, are in the process of being adopted, or who have been in the foster care system, and adoption trauma. Nat feels passionate about creating a therapy space that is trauma informed, client centered, anti-oppressive, body positive, sex positive, disability aware, gender affirming, and neuro affirming.
