Nell (they/them) is a queer, non-binary, white clinician with experience working with clients across the lifespan in outpatient clinics, schools, and refugee resettlement agencies. Nell received a B.A. in Gender, Sexuality, and Feminist Studies at Middlebury College and an M.S.W. from Smith College.
Nell offers a collaborative space to slow down and reconnect with yourself. Nell knows that nothing is “wrong” with any of us, and believes therapy can be a space to both interrogate our inherited ideas of deficits and explore new strategies for self-acceptance and choiceful change. In other words, Nell helps clients practice new ways of relating to themselves and others. Nell’s style is warm, compassionate, and non-judgemental.
Nell’s practice draws on psychodynamic theories, mindfulness practices, and humor, as well as critical feminist, queer, and anti-racist thought. They are honored to get the chance to hear your story and present moment.
