Psychotherapist
Hybrid remote/in-person
Location: Greater Springfield Area / Longmeadow
Job Type: Full-time employee, hourly
$62,000.00 - $78,000.00
About the Role
Advance Psychotherapy Practice (APP) is seeking a full-time Psychotherapist to join our growing, supportive clinical team in the Greater Springfield Area / Longmeadow.
APP is opening a new location in the Greater Springfield / Longmeadow area as part of our continued growth and service expansion. This new location will replace our current Southwick office, which is scheduled to move in June 2026. We are excited to continue serving clients in Western Massachusetts while expanding access to high-quality outpatient psychotherapy in a location that is accessible to the greater Springfield region and surrounding communities.
Clinicians in this role are expected to see and bill a minimum of 25 client sessions per week. Sessions completed beyond this threshold are eligible for incentive compensation within each pay period.
APP is a flexible practice by design. While we work hard to accommodate clinician scheduling needs, interest in seeing clients one or two evenings per week and/or occasional weekend availability is a strong plus, as these are high-demand times for clients. We offer pay differentials for seeing clients on nights and weekends.
Clinical Focus & Practice Priorities
Clinical interests and experience preferred, but not required:
Trauma-attuned clinicians who are comfortable working with a range of trauma-related clinical presentations, including affect regulation difficulties, dissociation, attachment disruptions, and higher levels of clinical acuity
Training in or interest in trauma modalities such as EMDR or other neurobiologically informed trauma approaches
Experience with or openness to family systems work, including family therapy and relational dynamics
Openness to providing some couples and/or group work as part of their practice
Interest in or experience with child and adolescent therapy
Experience working with eating disorders or interest in developing competence in this area
Experience in these areas is a strong plus but not required. We encourage clinicians who may not currently work in all of these areas, but who are interested in learning, expanding their skill set, or growing into this work with appropriate training and support, to apply.
Who We’d Love to Hear From
We strongly encourage applications from clinicians who are:
Interested in flexible scheduling, including some evening or weekend availability
Comfortable with a hybrid in-person/telehealth model
Bilingual / bicultural Spanish speakers
Trans / GNC clinicians
BIPOC clinicians
