Sally is a clinical social worker with a passion for helping individuals reach their therapeutic goals through a strengths-based approach. Sally has experience working with elders, children, adolescents and has previously worked in community mental health and the medical field.

Sally believes that therapy should be a collaborative effort between clinician and client, and through this collaboration, the therapeutic alliance is formed.

Sally has experience in working with individuals with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, and medical issues and she utilizes modalities such as Cognitive behavioral therapy, Humanistic therapy, Play Therapy, and Person Centered Therapy. Sally Attended Hampshire College for her bachelors with a focus on neuroscience and attended Springfield College for her graduate studies in social work where she received her MSW.
