“It's not about feeling better, it's about getting better at feeling.” - Gabor Matè (physician & trauma researcher). Sarah is a psychotherapist who believes our emotions are messengers and if we are curious, they can guide us to healing from within. Sarah feels her role is to help her clients feel more connected to themselves and others. She believes connection, laughter, curiosity, and self-awareness are important elements of healing.

Sarah has been trained in helping those with developmental trauma, and uses a holistic approach, along with mindfulness, inner child work, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Attachment Therapy to guide her clients to find healing from within. She has a Bachelor's degree in Health Science and a Masters degree in Social Work from Westfield State University. Sarah has experience with working with people across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, parents, families, LGBTQ folks, neurodivergent individuals, and those who have been negatively impacted by The Department of Children & Families.
