Prior to joining Advance, Will was a full-time Marketing Intern for Community Services Institute in Springfield, MA. At CSI he was responsible for branding, advertisement, social media, and community outreach. In this position he began to learn the ins and outs of the Mental Healthcare Industry. Will left CSI to complete his senior year at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, Isenberg School of Management.

When he left CSI, Will was recommended by his manager for a part-time marketing internship at APP in Amherst. He interviewed for the position and was hired. As he completed his final year at UMASS, he worked with APP as Marketing Coordinator through their rebrand. After graduating with his Bachelor of Business Management he was offered a full-time position to come on as Advance’s Marketing Specialist.

Will has a passion for marketing that extends beyond work; he created and marketed his own small clothing business online and often aids in weekly marketing lectures. In his free time, he loves to golf, ski, hike, and play basketball with his friends. He cherishes spending time with his dog, Archer, and has a passion for animation and music.
