Ana is a psychotherapist who believes there is great power in turning inward with support and guidance from a therapist. She feels that when an individual is able to connect fully with their authentic selves, and bring healing to wounds that have impeded their ability to do so, one is able to feel truly alive. Ana utilizes a trauma informed, client centered approach to her work and meets each client with openness and compassion.

In addition to a BSW in Social Work from Skidmore College, Ana holds a Masters in Clinical Social Work from Smith College's School for Social Work.

Ana works with individuals across the lifespan, and has a deep appreciation for working with adolescents.
