  • $62,000.00 - $78,000.00


We are looking for a full-time Psychotherapist to join our new team.
You'll have a weekly capacity for about 25 clients (we don’t use the “productivity” word around these parts) and be providing amazing client mental healthcare. Whether you specialize in children, teens, elders, substance use, or something else, we would like to chat with you about joining our supportive team of talented therapists from a variety of backgrounds!

This is an hourly position with a well-above-agency pay rate, paid time off, employer-contributed healthcare, training allowance, yearly bonus potential, and a pretax 401K option

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Master's degree

  • A minimum of 3 years post-graduate clinical experience working with clients as a psychotherapist

  • Valid license: LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, in MASSACHUSETTS (Required)
    (Southwick applicants may hold CT licensure, reciprocity with MA preferred)
