Nath Ne is the Human Resource Manager for APP. Having worked mostly in the areas of Human Resource, Finances and Human Services, she is very familiar with compensation, payroll, recruitment, employees management and MA laws and regulations. She is also very cautious that all documentations are sensitive and understand the process to make sure they are kept confidential and secured.    Over the past 10 years she has provided support and advice to operation managers and executive staff and employees, whether it includes recruitment and employment, training and development, benefits administration and the development of organization culture.  Nath holds an associates in Social Science from Greenfield Community College, graduating being top rank in Social Sciences and walking away with an award, also having been on the Dean's list for 3 semesters in a row.      Nath has 3 wonderful children. When she is not working she likes to enjoy family time and cooking.
