Individual Therapy
Individual therapy offers a space to explore your inner world, navigate challenges, and deepen your capacity for connection. Our clinicians work with clients across a wide range of concerns related to sexuality, identity, relationships, trauma, and neurodivergence. Whether you’re seeking support around a specific issue or looking to better understand yourself, we bring affirming, evidence-based care tailored to your goals.
Couples & Relationship Therapy
Couples and relationship therapy helps partners build trust, communicate more effectively, and strengthen their bond. We work with couples navigating a wide range of experiences, including intimacy challenges, life transitions, non-monogamy, gender transitions, parenting stress, and recovery from ruptures. Drawing on tools from the Gottman Method, attachment theory, and sexuality-focused frameworks, we help you understand relational patterns and develop practical skills to support connection, resilience, and shared meaning—no matter your relationship structure or stage.
