About the group

A safe space for adolescents ages 16-18 to discuss an array of feelings and experiences, learn coping strategies to manage emotions, increase social connections, and  receive support from peers. This group will offer creative expression opportunities as desired by participants.

This group will strive to be trauma-aware, anti-racist, and aligned with a neurodiversity paradigm.
