Adults only, 20+ with ADHD diagnosis or already seeing an APP clinician who suspects ADHD

Description

This group is for adults (20+) with ADHD or AuDHD to meet in a safe, accepting space and discuss the challenges of living with ADHD in a world built for neurotypicality. Group members will share strategies, support and strength as we learn from each other's experiences and discover both self-acceptance and strategies to make life easier while nurturing and loving our differences.
