Rachel is a clinical social worker with experience working with children and college students. She has particular clinical interest in working with LGBTQIA+ identified folks, adolescents and emerging adults, and clients seeking support related to sex and sexuality, reproductive health, and relationship dynamics. Rachel incorporates a blended variety of psychodynamic and behavioral therapeutic techniques into her work, including attachment theory, Rogerian therapy, relational therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT).

Rachel sees clients as the experts of their experiences as they question, reflect, and process together. She strives to co-cultivate a space in which clients feel safe, seen, accepted, and empathized with. She believes in the healing power of strong, nonjudgmental relationships and warm, empathetic presence.

Rachel received her Bachelor of Arts in Gender Studies as well as a Five College Certificate in Reproductive Health, Rights, and Justice from Mount Holyoke College. She holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Smith College School for Social Work.
