Description

Our earliest relationships are the most formative relationships in our lives. This group is open to adult participants who are interested in learning more about how repetitive struggles in present day relationships might mirror painful early experiences with caregivers and within family systems.

This group will utilize here-and-now interactions between members to understand more about each person’s procedural patterns within relationships. Group members will be supported in working toward building new and more satisfying ways of relating that acknowledge how each member’s history lives on in the present.
